Sorry, I'm not one and I haven't heard of any.
What I have heard is that Curves might be good for those who haven't done any exercise, or only light exercise but that your body will adapt to it. I've heard it's more of a cardio exercise than anything else, even though there is some moving of machines.
Where, in a gym, or at home lifting weights in my case, you can always add more weights, do different exercises and routines and keep your body guessing.
