I do have one suggestion for you. Vitamin E or Vitamin A. These both help skin and elasticity, but it can take the skin up to one year to resize after a major loss. I also have heard that massaging the skin gently with sea salts or epsom salts while showering will help. Also cocoa butter may help your skin resize. I know a year seems a long time to wait but I promise it will shrink, dont despair.

Thank you, I'll try your suggestions.

Does anyone know what skin brushing is?

I sure hope you are right.........it's been awhile since I lost 100 lbs.............at least a year.........still have way more in the belly than I care to think about..........if it was gone I would probably be a LOT closer to my goal.........surgery is VERY expensive.
