stevensond - who is TOM??? I have a feeling you don't want to know.

mrsdogzy - I guess everyone in different on this. Some woman find TOM lighter than before, and some heavier. Myself, it is about the same, but some months I lose when TOM is due, and some I gain water weight.

Hi there,
I take birth control pills and when I started this diet, my TOM came a week early and was heavy. I continued to take my pills as normal and wait it out till the 2nd month to see what happened. Low and behold, I was back to normal with a much lighter period. I got away with panty liners.

I have been on LCing for 2 weeks and I am 1 week late on my TOM. Has anyone ever experieced this? I wish I would start so maybe I will show a loss on the scale. I am never late so I wonder if my change in eating has stalled me?
