Default curious about boys (eg)

hehe got you in here didnt I

I was just curious if we have any men doing CAD. I know Atkins works incredible for men. 4 men I know just started with in the last month and they have all lost either 20+ lbs or 2 sizes.
B*stards!! hehe.

Anyway I was wondering if CAD works as well for men as atkins does.

I am a male (last time I checked anyway). I have been on CAD for 2 months now and have lost 20lbs. So far so good. Weight loss has slowed from about 3lbs a week to about 1.5 lbs per week, but still losing every week.

Default manly man cadder

yes, I am also a man doing CAD, I started at about 267 and am now 260...with a goal of 200 or thereabouts, maybe less...we shall see.
Tried neanderthin and hated it completely, never again! I have 2 meals a day on CAD, an RM at noon and a CM at around 6:00 or 7:00 and that's all I feel like eating!

lovin it!

Thanks guys!! The reason I asked is because I have a bachelor friend that needs to lose close to 200 lbs. he feels he cant do atkins because he WONT cook. he hates it. he orders out every single meal.

With CAD he would still have to cook some but I can do alot of it and leave it with him for the week and he can order out still for alot of his RMs.

I still want him to start on Atkins for a month to give his body a kick start but maybe knowing its only for a month will seem more doable to him

thanks for responding.

Jaden

Default Interesting

I have always wondered whether we had any male CADdettes too Jaden. I can't see why it wouldn't work for them just as good as it does for us

How cool that you want to help your friend. That is just awesome. You know though, if he is still resistant to starting with Atkins.. (as I would be.. NO THANKS!) why not just suggest that he start right on CAD. It should still work great for him and is so much less painful.

Either way, I hope he is open to the idea.. it is a wonderful way to live and lose
seeya!

welll because he has REALLY bad eating and sleeping habits. sometimes he is up all night and goes to bed at 5 am and sleeps all day.. sometimes he doesnt eat till 11 at night. often he doesnt eat at all all day and then eating a huge meal at supper and Im afraid CAD is to much like what he is already doing

I thought Atkins would shock his body into knowing it was doing something different. plus detox him good.
