Default hey there

Happy birthday early!!! If it was me I would set a date after induction and declare that my new bithday and make a low carb concoction here off this site!!!

I would tell my friends that your birthday has been moved forwhatever reason you want to tell them and that you will be celebrating on this alternate day!!!

Go to a nice steak place and have a juicy steak and awesome salad and smaile you will have alot to be happy for when the alternate birthday comes up as you will have lost weight during induction and be feeling great!!!

I went to a Greek restaurant for mine and ate almost everything on the menu! Souvlaki, salad, veggies in olive oil, the grilled cheese, chargrilled fish - I didn't feel deprived at all. I was so full I didn't even WANT cake.

I dind't have, nor miss cake on my birthday. Either go out to a nice resteraunt, or get something to make at home that you normally wouldn't get: a great steak, fish, etc.
