Question Saturated fats, cholesterol and fake butter is bad....right?

Because like..

Mrs. Filberts "53% vegetable oil spread" fake butter has only 1.5grams of Saturated fat..
2g of Poly and Mono...
0 Cholesterol
7g of fat

The butter* I've been eating has
7grams of Saturated
30mg of Cholesterol
11g of fat

I thought the reason we were supposed to eat real butter was because it had less Saturated fats..or maybe it was the other fats and I'm confused again

Anything containing (Partially) Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Margarine, Vegetable Spread, or Shortening is usually loaded with Trans-Fats. Trans-Fats are very bad for you and Trans-Fat content isn't even listed on the label. The use of saturated fat varies program to program. Atkins and many others have no problems with it. But, I was just reading the Paleo Diet book and they slam Saturated Fat pretty bad. But, even they also say to stay away from Trans-Fat.

You are making up your own plan.

Knock yourself out and eat what you want.
