The color doesn't matter-as long as there is some change, you are fine! Many people here don't even use those sticks. They aren't always that reliable.

Glad you feel good more energy with this!

Why would they not be reliable? I just bought them and wonder when you should use them and what variables make them unreliable, etc?

Thank you

Sometimes people are in ketosis and the sicks fail to register that.

If the sticks are working, you are either in ketosis or not. How dark the color is does not matter. Darker "can" mean you aren't getting enough water, it does not necessarily mean you are losing at faster rate.

I bought the sticks and if I used them 8 times I used them alot. I think the best time to use them is first thing in the morning before eating or drinking.

Peace
red

I personally don't like the sticks. I think that they're just an expensive way to make yourself obsessive about one more thing. They're too addictive and I just don't buy them. I know when I'm eating right and when I'm not and I adjust myself accordingly. If you do it right, then you WILL lose weight.

Of course, that's just MHO.

Hiya Bexter!

I don't have the stix myself....I simply can tell by:
1) how I feel
2) My Breath and the taste in my mouth
3) The smell of my urine in the morning especially

The Stix might be cool...but am afraid of false readings and then freaking out about it...so I skip em!

Best to all;
Jake

Default Ketostix

I bought some when I first started, I used them a lot at first to give me an idea of what would na wouldn't work to keep me in the pink (which is good by the way). Now I just use tem once a week to make sure I am in ketosis. Once you get use to the diet you know that you will be in by what you did or didn't eat. I liked them...besides the weight loss, it gave me an indicator that what I was doing was working and therefore worth it.

A pharmacist once told me that the sticks can absorb moisture from the air every time the bottle is opened, so that if you didn't use them within a couple weeks, the rest left in there might not register a proper result.

Default sticks

if they are expired they probably won't give you an acurate reading. They expire by date and with time being opened.
