The Scale Finally Moved!!!

I've been faithful to Aktins since I started, but hit a small stall for the past three weeks. I try to weigh only once a week to avoid frustration from daily fluctuations.

This morning I was greeted with a 1 lb. loss. Not much on the surface, but it was wonderful to see that sticking with this WOE really does bring on results, maybe not fast, but certainly steady.
