Default myoplex low carb shakes

can anyone tell me which are the best EAS MYOPLEX low carb (but highest protein) ready made shakes to buy?
Sams has a great price(best I have seen anywhere)on a twelve pack 2 carb shake but... with only 15 grams of protein.. but I was looking for a higher protein one. I wondered if I could just drink 1 1/2 or 2 of these for a meal replacement? any help would be really appreciated. Sams is called eas advantedge carb control shake which I have learned is the same as myoplex shakes/It is 11oz, 2g carbs 110 calories.

Hi,

Sorry I have to comment on EAS shakes (ready made). They are terrible, and are like water. You will NOT feel fullfilled on those. Believe me, I have tried them on numerous occasions. The best tasting low-carb shakes are without doubt "Akins". Please try those first. I also bought the Akins "stawberry" powder today, and it is great!!

Let me know what you think,

RR

thanks for your reply.. I do like atkins shakes but have also heard that the eas was good too. Also I really like the Keto shakes. I will let you know what the eas shakes taste like to me.. but I was really trying to get more protein in a shake than they provide., and Atkins is really very expensive!

Thumbs up Eas Shakes

I am completely opposite...........eas low carb shakes are delicious and I love them. Especially the chocolate fudge. They taste rich like the slim fast shakes in a can I used to drink in my old low fat days. The Atkins ready made shakes in a can taste horrible! They taste too much like water. The Atkins powder shake mix are a little better but I have to add some heavy cream because they too are not rich enough for me. Get the EAS shakes! Much better!

Default Hey there

I also really dislike EAS carb control shakes...watery and chemically to me. I hate the strawberery/bannana or strawberry cream I tried it was very chemically, the chocolate was not so bad but still thin tasting. I really like Atkins choclate, vanilla and cafe au lait, don't really care for strawberry...chemically.

I agree ATkins are pricey so usually I by Carb Solutions from Walmart...they are several dollars less than Atkins but a little more than EAS.
Choclate carb solutions 4carbs 2fiber 20g protein 200 cal
vanilla carb solutions 3 carbs no fiber 20 g protein 200cal

Good luck
