Hey everyone! I thought we should all email McDonalds and ask them to offer a low carb bun and or bagel. We haven't gotten a response from SubWay over the bread, but someone is bound to listen. Here is a link:

Oh, how I would love to have low carb bread at Subway. I am a district manager for Subway and LOVE the bread. At first it was hard to bake all that bread, smell all that bread and watch people eating it! Now I just call it poison and it does not bother me as much.

I'm going to start bugging our Subway headquarters here in Iowa about it and see if they are even thinking about it.

it works now... i emailed them and pizza hut soooo maybe.. it'll work.. we should email all the major fastfood lines... like taco bell could use la tortilla brand tortillas and make a low carb soft taco... dang im full of ideas LOL

Personally, I've always thought the best thing about McDonald's burgers was the bun! For a quick lunch on the road recently, I got a couple of cheeseburgers and ate them without the bun. They were horrible!!! I can't imagine a low carb bun making them any better.

What I'd really like is for McDonald's to eliminate the sugar from their grilled chicken.
