you are not alone. i also can not eat much meat without feeling sick. meat makes my intestines sick and painful. and it seems strange to be eating dead once alive creatures who once had feelings and roamed the earth. although iam guilty of eating meat during those summer months by the campfire. campfire meat is so good, so i cant say much. i eat lots of nuts, eggs and cheese for the protein. i have a milk intolerance but i can tolerate cheese.
