Smile Hello

I am new to CAD,but seems like as long as you're eating low carb for your CM and limiting your RM to an hour you're doing it pretty much the way the book says. No snacks mind you..lol You know I think we are all so different that we have to find an individual plan which suits us. Some people can live on Atkins w/ 20g of carbs, but I personally need my carbs to feel well! That's why I love CAD! I get to eat with my kids and husband and people have NO clue that I'm even trying to watch my weight! They'll see me eat and wonder HOW?? lol Main thing that I've noticed that causes one to lose muscle is if they eat too little to lose weight. I was starving myself on low fat a few years ago and got down to 115lbs. My breasts disappeared and my face looked horrible!! So as long as you're getting enough to eat and working out I doubt you'll lose any muscle. Take care and BEST of LUCK! OOPS I MEANT THIS TO BE A REPLY>> NOT A NEW THREAD! Sorry! GRETCHEND- That was for you!!! Sorry about that!

Thanks Shannon, yeah I am going to drink the shakes for the protein and the amount of food (and type) I eat at dinner will ensure that I am not starving myself, so hopefully I won't lose any muscle mass.
