My husband and I have been frustrated in the past with the lack of product selection in the Canadian market. We are low carbers in Vancouver and excited about a new company called Low Carb Wellness Centre. The have one store in North Vancouver opening in a few weeks and a chain opening cross Canada this year. I talked with them today and what they plan on doing is great. They have cooking classes, seminars, teen and children's groups and hundreds of products. FINALLY, something in Canada. Their online store has reasonable pricing too. http://www.lowcarbcentre.com.
