Smile A new beggining (AGAIN)

ok here i go again ,
last year i lost a brilliant three stone on the atkins, then i got bored and came off it. Although i managed to stay at that weight for two months i fell woe fully by the side of the road. and pilled it all back on through binginging and being lazy.
But here i am clocking in for another go , so you are my concience, my inspiration and my giver of knowledge. Praise be to the atkins converts.

First four days= doing well not lapsed yet.
