Unhappy tummy ache? what to take?

Icky...I have a tummy ache this morning...I think I ate too late last night and too much steak. Naughty me.... Anyway, what's the best thing to take for a stomach ache while on Atkins? mine is way up high just under my ribcage and it hurts!

Any thoughts appreciated...OR just sympathy...I'm always out for that! LOL

Sounds like a little acid reflux. I usually take 1 or 2 TUMS. Even though they have some sugar in them, it does the trick quickly. I also do one dose Pepto BIsmol sometimes, but the tums works faster.

I will drink alot of water, about 8 to 10 ozs. I can't drink it fast but I just sip on it until the ache goes away. I think the water helps.

I love ginger or peppermint tea for sore stomachs.

Mix about a 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon baking soda with a few ounces of water.

Cool Thanks Guys!

Thanks a bunch everyone....I grabbed a couple of Tums, even though they have sugar, and I drink water all day long every day, so hopefully I'll feel better soon. I hate stomach aches!
