What did the box say about carbs, I just looked at the site and couldn't find anything - it would be wonderful if we could eat them, but I find it hard to believe. I'm going to Dominion at lunch, so I'll check them out.

Thanks.

Hi there - I went over to Dominion at lunch - the sugar free Tropican Juice bars have 11 carbs each.

Default I buy creamsicles

I buy the creamsicle brand sugar-free creamsicles. The label says 6 gram carb per creamsicle, with 1 gram of sugar and 1 gram of sugar alcohol. I would say this means 5 carbs per bar.

Sounds like a greeeaaat treat to me!!!!

Default label says

22 calories carbo=5.3 soritol=.8g maltiol=1.9 sugars=1.9 aspartame=25mg
If it has aspartame doesn't that mean 0 carbos? Does this mean there is 1.9 carbos in these.

Default no, not at all

This is how I understand it, someone corerct me if I am wrong:

No, you can't just count the sugar carbs. The label says there are 1.9 g SUGAR carbs, but there are other carbs out there as well, starch carbs, etc.

You can subtract the sugar alcohols from the total to find the effective carb count, at least that's what I do.
