After looking up many stats on members, reading your wonderful words, and getting much needed sleep, I feel much better. Thank You!

When I'm in a crappy mood, or have a sorry outlook, it gives me hope to know that I WILL feel better....whether it's after a good sleep, a nice cup of coffee , or a little quiet reflective time.
This is one of the benefits of growing older, IMO; that through maturity and just plain ol' living, we learn that our mood WILL change and so not to react to the bad mood----and making things even worse (by, say, eating the wrong stuff )

Have a great day!
