Avatars, smilies, etc.,

I have found that I cannot often see smilies or avatars - I just get a red X in a white box instead. I've checked my own internet settings and they're all fine. Any ideas?

Plus, my signature doesn't show up. (I bet it will on this post now I've said it lol)

I've had trouble before with my firewall. Also I've seen some pop-up stoppers will block it. To fix the firewall (zonealarm) I had to reinstall it.

If you're using a firewall like Norton, simply disable it.

Thank you ladies. I'm leaving the firewall on, because we've had so many attacks in the past, (152 in a day once!) so I shall just make do with a few missing piccies.
