Default Hey this might be fun!!!

I have been daydreaming of a recipe game for stuffed red and yellow bell peppers. This is how the game goes. I will start off with the LC friendly ingredients.

2 red and or yellow bell peppers halved lengthwise
1 to 2 cups seasoned ground sausage ( sauteed )

OK, now you guys keep adding your $.02. Then whoever wants to construct the recipe at home they can pick and choose the ingredients that everyone has listed for this recipe. Does that make sense. Doesn't it sound like fun? Or is it just me? I will choose the ingredients that appeal to me that you LCers list on this discussion. Also what do you suggest I eat with it?

Hey is Alka Seltzer LC?

I look forward to this one,
Black

I loved bell peppers stuffed with rice and ground beef. To make it legal maybe you could substitute grated cauliflower for the rice? I'm not sure how it would work but it's worth a try.....

Default green pepper pizza?

I'm thinking...why not add them all and then the pepper will become a vessel for pizza: Pepperoni, ham, olives, sausage, shredded chicken, onions, mushrooms, cheese, brocolli, cauliflower, etc.

Would Italian sausage be LC? How about Italian seasonings?

My mouth is starting to water!
