Post cereal

I am new and hope I am posting correctly. I am mainly using Sugar Busters. I recently bought a cereal called bulghur and soy ( a hot cereal). Does anyone know if this is acceptable on Sugar Busters? Also, how can I tell - for future reference on other products?
Thank you.

Im pretty sure but not positive you need to just check the label ingredients and be sure there is no more than 3grms of sugar per serve.
Hope that helps

When reading labels, remember that anything that has more than 3 grams of sugar per serving is not ok, and anything that has enriched flour, or enriched wheat flour, is not ok. You want to find products that are made with 100% whole grains.

good luck, this is basically what I am doing now
