Great article. Thanks for sharing. I am going to print that out and give copies to my local TOPS chapter. They know I'm following Atkins and always wrinkle their noses after they ask me what I eat and I tell them. They support my losses, just not Atkins. Maybe this will help explain that Atkins is GOOD, and low fat is NOT. Funny thing is, I have lost more than any one of them every week for the past 4 weeks. Maybe they will catch a clue.

Thanks for that link.
I am giving it to my daughter. She is 19 and knows more then GOD. She is all up my but about Atkins.

She will like it cause its got some language she loves and she tends to get very animated about things.

The best part of all is that my bf sent it to me and has always been anti-fat, until now. He's starting to look at things a little differently and even contemplating Atkins for himself.
