Smile I think I whooshed!

I was losing slowly so decided to try upping my calories, including veggie carbs, to about 1900-2000 per day. I've done so for the last 4 days. I also added L-carnitine to my supplements and began drinking one-two EAS Results Thermogenic Drink per day.

I don't know if it was one thing or a combination of all of the above, but I'm down 3 lbs in 4 days! Yippee!

I stepped on the scale about 5 times to make sure it was right!

A small victory but one I'm very pleased with!

Talking Way to go!!!

That's great!!! Upping the calories has helped me
to lose also.

I would watch the drinks. Sometimes they make
cravings come on.

I am sooooo happy you are a loser!!!

Be blessed!

WOW...that is great...what is this drink? Where do you get? Is it low-carb? I drink EAS Carb Control shakes but never saw these.

Thanks everyone! I was so excited, I couldn't wait to tell you all - you're support and input mean so much!

Yvonne, here's info on the EAS Results Thermogenic Drink:
I picked a can up at Wal-Mart to give it a try, it's Raspberry flavored, and I found I really like it.

It has 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 0 calories, and is sweetened with Splenda. It contains Caffeine (about as much as in one cup of coffee per 8.4oz serving), L-carnitine, Green Tea, Guarana and Oriental Ginseng. It's made with carbonated filtered water and also contains vitamins, calcium and chromium.

Since I don't drink any soda, coffee, or tea, I figure one of these a day shouldn't hurt me caffeine-wise.

Anyway, they really do seem to give me a little boost, and I know Green Tea is supposed to aid weight loss. Just wondering if anyone else has heard of this or tried it. I've tried some other thermogenic products in pill form but the ones I've tried all seem to give me headaches. This doesn't.
