Congrats on your pregnancy... I too am insulin resistant and have had two miscarriages (11 weeks & 19 weeks) but my losses were from an autoimmune disease, not from my insulin resistance...
I began this WOE because of cysts a bit under a year before we conceived, but one ovary still looked polycystic at our first ultrasound at 5 weeks...
One thing that I wanted to mention is that our baby's kidney's have been dilated since before week 17... The doc said this is from too much sugar and/or carb intake... Sounds crazy considering I've been controlling my carbs throughout this pregnancy, but I guess it just adds to the revelation that I am in fact insulin resistant...
So just a warning, it's something you might want to watch out for... Otherwise, with the baby aspirin for the autoimmune disease, this pregnancy has been wonderful...
