Default Deit sodas

on the atkins diet site, it says you can only drink diet sodas with sucralose and they have to be caffine free. Do you know of any brand names that are OK to drink?

what eles do you all drink? I've only been drinking water and lemonade (crystal light) and both are getting hard to stomach. any ideas?

Diet-Rite sodas use Splenda and they are good.

I was terribly addicted to Diet Pepsi and drank almost a six pack a day! You can imagine the caffeine withdrawal I had when I started this WOL. Diet Rite Cola has been my replacement. It's the closest thing to Diet Pepsi and I am happy with two a day.

Default CVS

Rumor is CVS has a brand that has splenda.
You can also make a soda w/seltzer and sugar free syrup
My grandmother always made her own sodas and here I am going back in time...

I make sun tea with green tea bags- one black tea bag a lemon wedge and splenda to a gallon of water and it helps me get in water and the green tea which Atkins recommends !

You can buy any flavor of unsweetened Kool Aid you like & sweeten it with Splenda for a change of pace. Splenda measures the same as sugar. Crystal Light Mix contains the dreaded aspartame & is more expensive than this route, plus there are fewer flavor choices. Just make sure you're still getting the water you need (min 64oz daily), diet soda or other drinks don't count towards this. Diet Rite is caffeine free & sweetened with Splenda so as far as soda goes it's your best bet.
God Bless,
Amy-Lynne

And maybe some plain old seltzer water with your choice of sugar-free syrups...or maybe that kool-aid mix!

Default diet soda

hi there

I drink Diet Crush Cream Soda and Orange pop. I don't know if they sell that in the US but they do here in Canada. You can purchase it in the 12 packs.

Enjoy

it was hard for me to part from diet sodas and cyrstal light....but they contain aspartame and they slow down weight loss. So, i stopped. It doesnt really do anything bad for your body but it really isnt preffered to drink diet sodas or crystal light. I havent really seen any splenda brand sodas....i'll look out for it though!

I really like the Aloe Splash drinks. I have found them at Costco, and a few of the local supermarkets. They are made in Arizona, so I don't know if they are available everywhere else. They are sweetened with Splenda. Really good.
