abbs and love handles
what are the best exercises for working the abbs and the love handles (and that back fat - my mortal enemy).... i try and do crunches, bycycle crunches, leg lifts, and i always seem to just tire out or get bored rather than getting that burn people talk out. i can go on a ten minute jog and be sore the next day, but if i do crunces for 25 minutes the next day i feel nothing. someone please give me some advice. I have lost a good bit of weight, and i know if i could get some firmness to my belly the weight i have right now will not look half as bad. thanks
