Default always an autoimmune disease present?

I was reading through one of the links of interest and was alarmed when it was mentioned that there is always an autoimmune disease present that results in Candida overgrowth. I don't think I have an autoimmune disease--I thought that it could occur b/c of dietary and stress influences as well. Any comments on this?...
