Default Increased risk of breast and/or ovarian cancer?

I just started doing Atkins 5 days ago, and have some concerns that I cannot seem to get an answer to. With the increased intake of fats, is the risk of getting breast and/or ovarian cancer increased? This is a big concern for me. Eating like this seems so against everything I have been taught. I have never liked eating meats and/or eggs, and now I am told it is the way to go to get healthy and slim. Yesterday I almost gagged having to eat some meat yet again.

One more question: my heart seems to pound WAY more than usual. Have others experienced this? Sometimes I can feel it pounding in my throat. I have never experienced anything like it.

I am a serious carbohydrate junkie. I love cake, candies, chocolate, breads and pastries. Now that I am on Atkins though, the one thing I miss the most is fruit and yogurt.
