Coincidence or a whoosh?
I had been stalled for 3 weeks, even dropped cheese and dietrite the last week trying to get started again. Then on Saturday I was so hungry all day that I ate alot more than usual, even had cheese, pepperoni and soda in the evening. Usually I eat between 2100 and 2700 calories a day but was well over 3000 on Saturday. Would you believe Monday morning I lost a lb. and today, another? What do you guys think, was it just the end of the post-induction stall or did I perk my system eating more one day? Regardless I'm pleased to be finally counting backward again.
