I find this thread very helpful, people really sharing the trials and tribulations as they go along.

When I add to my journal I keep making the same typo- saying 134 instead of 234. Was not paying attention when my weight kept going up and up. It was surpirsing to me that I was well over 200 and not looking back.

I want to get back to being active and happy with myself. This forum and woe is a real step forward for me. Now I want to go sign that one year pledge...I intend to be around ....
