Wine and GI
One of the last thing Montignac told me before I resigned from is Web site was: There is no reason not to have wine with your meal: One glass in phase1 and two glasses in phase2.
I am a little sceptical about that. Wine always gives me bad cravings for sugar as it does for a lot of people I know. On the other hand I enjoy that small glass so much with my meat that I don’t mind the sugar craving.
The real question is: Will the wine affect my weight lost?
Does anyone know the Glycemic Index for it?
