Pants Test

Hi, Everyone-

After reading about the Pants Test yesterday, I wanted to share this with you-all. I started Atkins 1/24 at 184 lbs. I've been through induction, am now on OWL, very happy with the results. Before my DH and I went on vacation, 3/24-3/30, I weighed in at 169-

So-we went away and it was a real struggle to stay on OWL b/c of the foods available to me, so I just gave it my best effort, and was still at 169 when we came home last Sunday night. Yesterday I weighed 168-

Now, I was wearing my black pants, and they were fitting a bit loose but OK. Today when I got dressed, I was wearing the same pants, and they are a size too big-unbelievable, but true- overnight! I started at a size 18-20. These pants are 16W and I'm now starting to fit into my old 16's-a good size for me as I am very tall.

I guess you can't rely on that scale too much!
