Had a creative meal idea today
So I was stuck in the office as the only one, and I have errands to run after work, so a late lunch was my IF choice. (I'm doing only one meal a day, per Dr. Fung's The Obesity Code, so I have a great interest in that one meal )
I only have time to stick a sign on the door and run over to the deli and back. I called ahead and had them chop up some pepperoni and put a quartered hard-boiled egg on the chicken Caesar salad I ordered.
It worked great! Pepped up all the flavors. I also added hemp oil to their standard dressing, which I keep in the fridge here.
Just wanted to share how, instead of going, "Ack! Another chicken Caesar salad," I was able to shake things up.
