After reading this thread I decided I can go ahead and enjoy one of those foods I was missing! I went to Trader Joes today and picked up a quart of the store brand. I mixed a little DaVinci strawberry to perk up the flavor and just sat back and enjoyed it...
Problem is, how to enter it into FitDay?
I want to be able to see my carb count right away, without having to remember "oh yeah, I had yogurt that day." For now I'm thinking about fudging by adding 7 to the fiber column, since I don't actually track it except as it relates to ECC anyhow, so that I get a more accurate reckoning.
