Hi, I'm a newbie!

I just started the Atkins WOE 10 days ago, and I am already hooked!

Although I have a ways to go - would like to lose 30 more lbs. or so (until I look and feel healthy and not flabby, basically) I am hooked on this WOE just for the increased energy, better mood, just in general better health that I feel.

For me, this diet works better than antidepressants, I am not exaggerating!

Boy, if only I had realized years ago what my high-sugar high-starch diet was doing to me...sigh.

But I am thanking my higher power and Dr. Atkins every day that I finally saw the light!
