I cheated...

Hi everyone!

I started the atkins diet with friend of mine. We are each others support system through the first two weeks.

Here's the problem: After entering ketiosis I cheated on the fourth day, and on the sixth day. My question is if I am in ketosis already, how bad can i screw up before I've completely blown it?
