LOL Arrow! I think I've gained a few pounds myself when I posted that last message! But I kid you not, they were awesome! That Chicken Parmesan was great, just pound the chicken breast until they're about 1/4 inch thick, dip it in egg and dredge it in grated parmesan cheese and fry them up. I used 5oz chicken breast, 6 tbsp parmesan cheese, and fried them up in the smallest pan I had with 2 tbsp olive oil on med to med-high. The small pan makes the oil deeper. I put 2 tbsp tomato sauce and sprinkled with shredded mozzarella cheese, and walla! I found this recipe in the kitchen section
