I noticed that since being LC that my sense of smell has changed. Not so much the ketosis breath everyone mentions, but just in general. I walk around the office and I can smell, for example, the hot plastic of a computer monitor like three or more feet away from it. I ask if anyone else smells it and no one does.

In general, I've noticed that people's breath who are not LC is intensely revolting. Much moreso than before LC. I also find that odors in general are much more intense.

Also, another thing I've noticed. Sometimes in the morning right after I wake up and while taking a shower, I taste the water from the spigot and it tastes sweet. This sensation doesn't last long, but it's interesting. I don't remember this happening before LC. It seems to be the most intense after a heavy workout the day before. Is this the flavor of ketones?
