Two Questions

Hi - yes, I realize I still haven't introduced myself. I will when I get back from my vacation. Speaking of which - that is why I have two questions right now. I want to be all ready to start Atkins as soon as we get back from our trip. My questions are...

What do you all recommend for a nutritional supplement? Any specific brands?

Second - what do you all recommend for a fiber supplement? Do I really hafta drink Metamucil?

I will have more questions once I get started. I am really excited about getting started.
