Default Hidden Carbs Question

I still don't understand the hidden carbs.

I have this cheesecake.

45 Calories
0 Fat
0 Protein
1.05 carbs

First off I put it under sweets and it says it has 12 carbs and 10 fat.

How can this be? If a product has no carbs and no fat how can this be?
