Question Creatine & TKD Please Help

Please assist with TKD. I like the concept of CKD, but I enjoy the TKD a little better because I lift 5 days a week. Creatine is the question I have.....the creatine I have has 10g of Creatine and 75 Sugars. You are suppose to take it after your WO. Can this be done safely and still remain in Ketosis for the rest of the day? The reason I ask is after my intense workout, I have around 15 minutes (Anabolic Window) to ingest high quality protein and creatine and other recovery agents to help assist with growth. After I ingest my Creatine, Whey, Glutamine, and BCAA's I will revert back to a LC diet remaining under 10g of carbs.

Thanks
