Chicken Wings
I'm not very creative when it comes to cooking so, I need a little help here.
This weekend I'd like to have some chicken wings while I watch the race on Sunday...but I know I can't have them breaded so that means I have to either find a place that makes them unbreaded or - ugh - make them myself.
So - how do I make them myself? I can buy a bag of bare naked chicken wings at the grocery store and then what? If I just pour a bottle of hot sauce on them and put them in the oven will that do it or does anyone have a secret recipe that will make them extra special delicious and crispy? I don't like them really hot but I do like them crispy. And what is the best kind of sauce to buy? Are the hot sauces all lo-carb? I've never really looked.
When it comes to cookin'.... I usually eat out! Any help/advice would sure be appreciated! Thanks - Dina
