Homemade blue cheese dressing

Hi there-
I just made a yummy blue cheese dressing with mayonnaise, bleu cheese (of course) white vinegar and one splenda package. When I entered it into my program ( i just used a regular blue cheese dressing) , one cup of lettuce and three slices of cucumber and my 7 ounces of chicken wings it came out to 16 grams. Is there something wrong with that or is it just me?
(I'm on my second day of induction).
