Went for a walk last night (brisk paced) and was so distracted (I had a bad day) that I ended up walking 6 miles.
During the AM I went in and did UPWO...
So I THINK I overdid it yesterday lol... I was just going to go for a teensy walk to the corner and back to let off steam.. I have a tendency to do that, I kind of "zone out" and do more than I intended...
But overall, a good workout, I feel fantastic (and if you had told me even a month ago that I would do 6 miles no problem, without even realizing I had gone that far, I would have had a hear tattack laughing!!)
