Does this menu work for "Induction"?

Here's a link to my Fitday menu for today. I am over in carbs, as you can see. However, with fiber, I'm not that much over.

Does this menu seem okay for an "Induction" menu, or am I still doing something wrong? (I am going to try to keep my 1 mug of coffee included and my 1 half piece of gum do to my nasty breath, but if you experts say it has to go to make this work, I'll do my best to get rid of it.)
