sugar free block of chocolate ingr. question

I bought a block of sugar free chocolate,the problem is no nutrition panel and I don't know the carb count. Can anyone help? Here's the ingredients.Malitol,cocca butter, chocolate liquor,sodium caseinate,
milkfat,soya lecitin,leithin (an emulsified) vanallin,natural flavor and salt.
They had two kinds,this and a darker chocolate.Can I use this to make truffles?
