pepperoni and sausages
Hi,
I've been staying away from pepperoni and sausages because I think they have fillers or binders added to them and on induction I don't want any question marks about the stuff I'm eating.
But I see pepperoni and sausages mentioned a lot on this site. Has everyone found a source that doesn't add fillers or binders? Or do you add some carbs when you eat these things?
