trainerdan or anyone..is it okay to start CKD/tkd already????

hi! ive been in induction for 10 days already..and im rly working out and all 6 days a week alternate days iwth weights...so my question is is it okay now to start CKD /TKD? or do i need to stay in induction for a lil bit more before i start it,like a cleansing phase??
