Question Food type vs Carb count

I am hoping some of the "seasoned" low carb-ers can answer this question.

My daughter has just recently started LC-ing. I have shared with her a LC protein shake I have in the mornings. The shake (according to Fit day) is 6 carbs. In addition to the protein powder - it has 1/2c of heavy whipping cream, Davinci SF flavoring syrup, an egg and ice. It is very filling. My daughter has been having a shake for breakfast and one for dinner two or three times this week.

My question is - will this "STALL" her? The carb count for the two shakes is 12 - and if she has a chicken breast or small salad for lunch, her carb count would be fairly low.
