Good news vs. bad news........

Hey guys I am happy to report I am down 9lbs.....Wahoo! The bad news is that I fell to temptation today. I slipped big time! I went out to eat with a friend today. I had a grilled chicken salad and then came time for temptation,......dessert. I decided to eat chocolate mousse. You guys watch, it will throw me off for a week. I feel so stupid
