Long Term Induction
I was wondering if it was quite safe to do long term induction.
I know it states 14 days but i'd like to maximise the fat burning while taking the long term view.
My only Vice is Alcohol at the moment but from reading the previous thread on the subject it doesn't appear to do too much damage. I'm drinking lots of water as well.
I'd rather keep to long term induction and keep the carbs relitively low while having the odd drink.
It also seems Men find it easier to lose weight and faster on the diet...is this the case or is it the same on any diet ?
